About Lead Your Life Forward™
What is Lead Your Life Forward™?
Lead Your Life Forward™ is a reflective coaching approach that supports women navigating career and life change to decide their next chapter with clarity and confidence — without losing their stability or sense of self.
It offers space, structure, and support to think clearly during periods of uncertainty, such as restructures, transitions, burnout, caregiving, or life stages that ask new questions.
Who is this work for?
This work is for women who:
-
Are navigating change in work or life (quiet or disruptive)
-
Feel capable, but less clear or confident than they once did
-
Want to make thoughtful decisions rather than reactive ones
-
Value stability, identity, and sustainability alongside ambition
You don’t need to know exactly what you want next — just be open to exploring it.
What makes this different from career coaching or workplace support?
Workplace provision plays an essential role during periods of change — particularly around process, roles, and organisational outcomes.
Lead Your Life Forward™ complements that support by focusing on the human decision-making that sits alongside it: identity, confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
This is about you as a whole person — not just your role.
The Masterclass
What is the Lead Your Life Forward™ masterclass?
The masterclass is a live, guided 90 minute session that introduces the core framework behind Lead Your Life Forward™.
It helps you:
-
Make sense of where you are in a period of change
-
Understand why confidence often dips during transition
-
Learn a grounded way to decide what comes next
-
Know whether further support would be helpful for you
Do I need to participate or speak during the masterclass?
No. You are never required to speak, share, or turn your camera on.
The session is designed as a calm, confidential space where you can reflect privately and take away insights that are useful to you.
Is the masterclass a sales event?
No. The masterclass is designed to be genuinely valuable in its own right.
At the end, you’ll be invited to explore next steps if you feel further support would be helpful — but there is no pressure to decide or commit.
Will the masterclass be recorded?
This depends on the session. If a recording is available, this will be made clear at registration.
Some women prefer to attend live to fully use the reflective space.
The 12-Week Lead Your Life Forward Programme
What is the Lead Your Life Forward™ 12-week programme?
The 12-week programme is a small-group coaching journey that supports women to:
-
Stabilise during change
-
Reconnect with who they are now
-
Decide their next chapter with confidence
-
Create a grounded way forward they trust
It blends reflective exercises, coaching conversations, and practical tools — without rushing decisions or forcing outcomes.
What if I don’t know what my next chapter is yet?
That’s completely expected.
The programme is designed for women who are unsure — not for those who already have a clear plan. Clarity is something you build through the process, not something you need to bring at the start.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Lead Your Life Forward™ is a coaching-based programme.
It does not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health therapy. However, it is emotionally aware and grounded, and supports thoughtful reflection and decision-making.
If additional support is needed, this will be discussed ethically and appropriately.
How much time does the 12-week programme require?
You can expect:
-
Weekly group sessions (details provided before enrolment)
-
Optional reflection between sessions
-
No “homework” pressure — only what is useful for you
This programme is designed to support your life, not add to its strain.
What if things change during the programme?
That’s expected — and accounted for.
The programme supports flexibility, adjustment, and recalibration. Decisions are revisited thoughtfully, not locked in prematurely.
Practicalities
Can my employer fund this?
Yes. Some women choose to have the programme funded or part-funded by their employer as professional development.
An employer information pack and invoice can be provided on request.
What if I’m not sure the programme is right for me?
You’ll be invited to book a short, no-obligation discovery call to explore fit.
This is not a sales call — it’s a chance to decide whether this support is appropriate for where you are right now.
What if I decide not to continue after the masterclass?
That’s absolutely fine.
Many women attend the masterclass simply to gain clarity and take something useful away. There is no expectation to continue.

What professional standards do you work to?
This work is delivered in line with EMCC professional coaching standards and ethical guidelines.
Confidentiality, consent, boundaries, and client autonomy are central to the way this work is held.
Is what I share confidential?
